Here you can find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the RDS Operations Support Service. In addition all posted tickets and additional PCA Trac project information is easily available through the search function.

Before you create a new RDS Operations Support request, make sure you've done the appropriate searching:

  You are welcome to make requests about the RDS and RDL either by creating a [wiki:RdsCreateNewTicket ticket], sending an [mailto:rdssupport@posccaesar.org e-mail] (`rdssupport@posccaesar.org`) or by telephone. Non PCA members are not able to create tickets, but may post requests both by [mailto:rdssupport@posccaesar.org e-mail] and telephone.   Any institution or individual with interest in the development of open specifications for enabling the interoperability of data and software are welcome to apply for POSC Caesar membership.

  To be able to logon to the POSC Caesar Association RDS Support services, you must register to obtain a username and password. Anyone may register, but those who are not also POSC Caesar Association (PCA) members will receive a reduced service. Requests for User Registration ID & Password should be sent to `rdssupport@posccaesar.org` with "User Registration" in the subject line, stating name, email & organization, and indicating PCA-Membership Yes/No. For PCA membership and benefits please visit [http://www.posccaesar.org/wiki/PCA/Membership PCA Membership].
